3) Email Communications, “No Spam,” and Promotions

A. No sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information.

B. Launch notifications
If you submit your email for early-bird recognition or launch-date notifications, we may send a small number of emails related to:

• verification; and

• launch-date/availability updates and essential next steps.

C. Unique deals after launch (opt-in / opt-out by request)
After launch, we will provide you an option to receive “unique deals” or promotional messages. You may request to opt in or opt out at any time by emailing auto-delete@furryindustries.com.

D. 30-day minimal promotional tier
If we do not receive a cancellation/opt-out request within 30 days after the launch notification(s) are sent, you may be included in a minimal promotional tier related to the Services (e.g., limited offers tied to the launch/availability). You can opt out at any time by emailing auto-delete@furryindustries.com.

To reduce misunderstanding, our “minimal promotional tier” means no more than 4 promotional email(s) per month unless stated otherwise in the privacy policy.

E. Compliance basics for promotional messages
Where an email is considered “commercial/promotional,” we will include an opt-out method and honor opt-out requests within the legally required timeframe.

4) How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:

• Service providers (hosting, form processing, email delivery, security/anti-abuse, analytics, customer support tools).

• Payment processors (if purchasing becomes available), to process transactions and provide receipts.

• Legal/compliance authorities if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell personal information.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

• verification and launch notifications,

• operating the Services,

• responding to requests,

• security and fraud prevention,

• and legal/accounting requirements (if purchases occur),
  unless you request deletion sooner.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of furryindustries.com and the Services provided by Furry Industries News Network (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1) Term; Accounts; Termination

This Agreement begins when you first use our Services and continues so long as you use our Services or have an account with us, whichever is longer. Paid accounts will continue for the subscription period and will renew annually.

Users may terminate at any time by deleting their accounts via email request to auto-delete@furryindustries.com.

Multiple simultaneous logins will terminate this Agreement immediately, with or without advance written notice. If we delete your account for breach, you may not re-register.

2) Purchases and Subscriptions (Not Currently Available)

Purchasing options are not currently available. If subscriptions or purchases become available later:

• You may receive receipts and transactional communications.

• Additional purchase terms (pricing, billing, delivery/access, taxes, and fulfillment) may be provided at checkout or in an updated Agreement.

3) Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(A) WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND
(B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, EXCEPT FOR OUR CONTRACTUAL PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER (IF ANY), SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US OVER THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM(S) OR YEARLY/MONTHLY FEE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

4) Restricted Users

You may not create an account if you are a member of a terror or hate group. You may not purchase any goods or services from us if you reside in a country subject to a comprehensive U.S. sanctions program or are a Specifically Designated National (SDN) as designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

5) Prohibited Technical Measures

You will not, except as authorized by law or as permitted by us:

• scrape, reproduce, redistribute, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, alter, archive, or disassemble any part of our Services; or attempt to circumvent any of our security, rate-limiting, filtering, or digital rights management measures;

• submit any malicious program, script, or code;

• submit an unreasonable number of requests to our servers; or

• take any other actions to manipulate, interfere with, or damage our Services.

6) Code of Conduct

In using our Services, you may not:

• use an offensive screen name (e.g., explicit language) or avatar (e.g., containing nudity);

• act in a deceptive manner or impersonate any person or organization;

• harass or stalk any person;

• harm or exploit minors;

• distribute spam in any form or use misleading metadata;

• collect personal information about others without authorization;

• access another’s account without permission;

• engage in any unlawful activity; or

• cause or encourage others to do any of the above.

7) Acceptance; Electronic Contracting; Updates

By creating an account, viewing videos, making a purchase, downloading our software, or otherwise visiting or using our Services, you accept this Agreement and consent to contract with us electronically.

If you are an entity other than a natural person, the person who registers the account or otherwise uses the Services must have authority to bind the entity. In this context, “you” means both the entity and each person authorized to access the account.

We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use our Services, you accept any revised Agreement.

8) Cancellation Policy

All subscription cancellations are done upon email request to auto-delete@furryindustries.com. There are no refunds or prorated benefits. Once you have canceled your subscription, you will no longer have access to any exclusive content on furryindustries.com.
